Every hour spent on admin is an hour not spent coaching

And when you're solo, there's no one else to hand the admin to.

Leads go cold before you even notice

A great call happens, then life gets busy. No reminder, no note, no nudge, and three weeks later that lead has moved on to someone else.

You're the CRM

Every call ends with you typing notes into a spreadsheet or an app, trying to remember what was said before you forget it. That's not coaching. It's data entry.

You're the only safety net

No VA, no assistant, no team catching what slips. If you don't track it, it doesn't get tracked, and eventually something important falls through.

The business side eats the time you should be coaching in

Every hour chasing follow-ups, updating records, or hunting for what someone said last session is an hour not spent with clients or growing the business.

One system. One assistant.
Nothing falls through.

Leads, clients, calls, notes and more, all in one place instead of scattered across five.

So how does any of this
get filled in?

…all before you say “Evatin”

And it gets better

Eva, your personal assistant
that works for you

Already plugged into your clients, leads, calls and tasks. Nothing to set up, nothing to connect.

Memory

She knows everything about your business: every call, every client, every lead. You don't have to hold it all in your head, because she already does.

Vigilance

She's always watching. A lead going quiet, a client overdue for a check-in, anything at risk of slipping. She catches it before you'd have thought to look.

Guidance

Based on everything she knows about that specific person, she tells you what to do next, and when. Not a generic to-do list: the right move for that lead, that client.

Ask Eva. Anything about a client or lead, and get a straight answer. No digging through notes.

Approve. Nothing happens without your say-so. Review what Eva wants to do, then approve it.

Review. See what she's been up to. A clear log of her recent activity, in plain words.

…and more. Set reminders, tidy up the small stuff, ask for a summary before a call. Just ask.

Focus on being present and
watch Eva handle the rest.

What early users have to say

“I used to lose track of who I'd followed up with and who I hadn't. Now it's just… handled. I show up to calls actually present instead of half-thinking about what I forgot to log.”

“The first time Eva flagged a lead that had gone quiet for two weeks, I realised how much I'd been missing without knowing it. That alone paid for itself.”

“I've tried three different CRMs and they all wanted me to become a systems person. Evatin is the first one that just… runs itself. I still don't fully understand how, and I don't need to.”

Now let's address those questions

Yes. Eva joins the call as a visible participant, so nothing is happening secretly. Recording consent rules vary by country, and telling people you're recording is both the decent thing and, in many places, the legal one. Evatin doesn't do covert recording and won't.

Your account is yours alone. Every record is scoped to you, and nobody else using Evatin can see any of it. Eva reads your data to answer your questions, and only ever your data. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to advertise to you.

The transcript is stored so Eva can use it and you can search it. The recording itself is not kept: it's cleared from the recording service within two days of the call. You can erase any transcript yourself, set how long transcripts are kept, export everything, or delete your account entirely.

No. Your calls and records are used to run Eva for you, and for nothing else.

You paste the Zoom or Google Meet link into Evatin and she joins it like any other participant. There's no plugin to install and nothing your client has to do.

Within about a minute, Eva has read the transcript, decided how it went, updated the lead or client, and pulled out anything you promised to do as tasks. If a lead converted, the client record is created for you. You'll see all of it on the call page, and you can change anything she got wrong.

Filing a call, yes: that's the point. Anything else she wants to do, like adding a task or setting a reminder, she proposes first and waits for you to approve it. Every action she takes is logged where you can see it.

That's the fear, and it's why most tools like this get abandoned. Evatin is deliberately sparse: a handful of screens, one thing to look at on each. There's no board to configure, no workflow to design, no template to pick. You add a lead, you paste a call link, and it starts being useful the same day.

There's a free plan that stays free: leads, clients, tasks, notes, calendar and Eva's briefings, with a small allowance of call time each month. Pro adds the call hours and unlimited Eva chat, and will be $29 a month for anyone who joins during the launch window, locked in for as long as they stay.

Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, no card needed. When it ends you drop to the free plan, not to a locked screen.

Not for you. Whatever price you subscribe at is the price you keep. Standard pricing after the launch window will be higher, and the waitlist is how you get in before that.

Because recording and transcribing a call has a real cost per hour, and "unlimited" would mean quietly charging everyone for the few. Pro comes with 12 hours a month, which covers a full week of client calls for most solo practices, and you'll see your usage plainly.

About five minutes. Eva asks you a few questions about what you do and who you work with, and that's the setup. Add your first lead or paste your next call link and you're running.

No. Add people as you speak to them. The next call you take with an existing client fills in their record the same way a brand-new lead's would.

Right now it's built for one person running the whole thing: one account, one business, no team roles or shared inboxes. If you have a VA or a small team who need their own logins, this isn't the tool for you yet. Say so on the waitlist form and it'll shape what gets built next.

It's in early access. Everything described on this page is built and working, including the call loop, proven on real recorded calls. It isn't feature-complete and it isn't pretending to be. That's why the waitlist opens slowly: so the people using it can shape it while it's still soft.
